NOTES FROM THE APCM MEETING HELD ON 1st MAY 2011
ü The 2011 Financial Statement of Accounts was accepted and a thank you extended to Peter Kirvan our Treasurer, and Nick Priest our Independent Examiner, for all their hard work throughout the year.
ü The overall Project is mainly complete with the Glass work to happen in May and the Mosaic will be completed during Arts Week. The Reredos should be here by the end of the year.
ü The Electoral Roll has seen some changes with 2 changes of address, 11 new members, and 4 deceased members. In 2011 we have 206 members this being an overall increase of 6.
ü The Deanery Synod members for this coming year are Harry Atkinson, Austin Meares and Laura Cooper.
ü Austin Meares is standing down as Church Warden, after 4 years of service. Caroline Marrow will now join Corinne Unsworth as our Church Wardens.
ü New members to the PCC include Gwyn Lloyd, Edwina Walton, Chris Raffle and Rachel Brown to which we extend a warm welcome.
